SHIPPING & DELIVERIES

 

ORDERING: 

Orders may be placed online 24-hours a day, by calling 573-447-6731 between 11am - 5pm CST Tuesday through Saturday or by sending an email to Info@rhomeco.com. Please do not include your credit card information in any email. A R. Home Co. representative will contact you via phone during our regular business hours for processing.

 

DELIVERY SERVICES:

  • Default Service – Threshold Delivery
  • All standard deliveries include Threshold Service, meaning items will be delivered to the first dry, secure area of your residence or building (e.g., front porch, garage, or just inside a ground-level entryway).
  • Most threshold deliveries require a signature or scheduled appointment. Our team will assist in coordinating this with the carrier to ensure a smooth delivery.
  • Upgraded Service – White Glove Delivery
  • For unpacking, assembly, and room placement, please contact us prior to placing your order at (573) 969-2140 or info@rhomeco.com to arrange White Glove Service (additional fees may apply).

 

SHIPPING RATES & LOCATIONS:

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $75 ship free within the 48 contiguous United States.

  • Orders under $75: Ship for a flat rate of $9.99 USD.

  • Alaska & Hawaii: Shipping is currently unavailable.

  • International Deliveries: We do not ship internationally at this time.

  • APO/FPO Addresses: Please contact us prior to ordering to confirm availability.

 

ORDER PROCESSING & LEAD TIMES:

Most orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Many smaller items ship via UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL. Larger items, such as furniture and art often ship via common carrier freight.

Lead times vary depending on the manufacturer and availability. After you place your order, a member of our team will contact you with an estimated delivery timeframe. If your item is initially expected to take longer than 2–6 weeks, we will notify you and provide the option to cancel for a full refund.

 

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS:

We want you to love your order. Once an order is placed, our access to make changes is limited, but please contact us as soon as possible for any address changes, cancellation requests, or other order adjustments, and we will do our best to assist.

 

INSPECTION & DAMAGES:

For oversized or white glove deliveries, please inspect your item carefully before signing for the delivery. Note any damages, defects, or missing items on the delivery receipt. If no issues are documented upon delivery, R. Home Co. cannot be held responsible for damages discovered afterward.
