REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

 

Our returns and exchanges vary by item and have been outlined below. Simply put, we want you to love your purchase from R. Home Co. and we are here to ensure that happens.

 

In-Store Purchases– Returns are accepted within 21 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Items must be in their original condition— free of damage, wear, or signs of use— and include all original packaging (when applicable). Please contact us prior to bringing an item back so we can assist you with the process.

 

Custom & Special OrdersCustom orders include any purchase placed with the assistance of a designer where inventory is ordered specifically for you (rather than purchased directly from the store or model home). 

  • Restocking Fee: A 35% restocking fee applies to returns. The remaining balance can be refunded to your original payment method or applied as store credit, whichever you prefer.
  • Exclusions: Certain custom items, including custom fabric furniture pieces or custom artwork, may not be eligible for return.
  • Quality Concerns: If there is an issue with the quality of your custom order, please contact us—we work with vendors who share our commitment to customer satisfaction, and each case will be handled individually.

 

Online Purchases Generally, we do not accept returns on online orders; however, we handle each case individually. If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and a restocking fee may apply. Original delivery fees are non-refundable. Always reach out as soon as possible in cases of damaged merchandise. 

 

Final Sale – Items specifically marked “final sale” or “floor sample” cannot be returned.

 

Damaged Merchandise – Any damage must be reported to the delivery driver at the time of delivery if the white glove delivery option is selected. Merchandise that is directly shipped to you or customer pickup must be reported within 7 days of arrival or pickup. You can report this to our store or by sending an email with pictures to damages@rhomeco.com. We will be in contact within 24 hours to provide a resolution.

 

Credits and Refunds – Refunds are issued in the original form of payment. If you paid in cash or check, your refund will be issued by company check within 7 business days. It may take up to 30 days after receiving your returned items for your returned funds to process.
